HR Consultant
Margaret Gallant has over twenty years of experience working in human resources. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, in a variety of fields from health care to transportation, bioscience and IT. She is an Island entrepreneur herself, successfully running her business, Fresh Image 360, for many years. In each of her endeavours, one thing remains consistent; people are always at the heart of her work.
Whether she is coaching clients, providing consultations or assisting with conflict resolution, Margaret focuses on people and relationships first, believing where there are good relationships, there are good solutions.
Margaret was a leading force behind the Human Resource Project in Kings County. In the role of HR Consultant, she supported many businesses in building an effective HR system. Under Margaret’s leadership, the project has grown into the Momentum Human Resource Program.
Filled with curiosity and creativity, and an instinct to serve, Margaret is always looking for opportunities to challenge herself and help others. Her quick wit, honesty, and positive attitude have proven helpful as a leader of change.
