Belfast Mini Mills is a family-owned company that has been operating for about 20 years.

They didn’t realize how much they needed HR help until meeting with Margaret for the first time. They knew they needed help with hiring, but didn’t understand the policies and the role process that the Momentum HR Program helped them, master.

Townshend Potato Company

Though she’s been working in the family business for over 40 years, Becky Townshend of Townshend Potato Company has only been in a management role for two of those years.

On working in the Momentum HR Program, she says that it “helped me build confidence in dealing with any problem we had on the farm.” She credits Margaret for being able to “help me work through an issue, without even realizing I was working through an issue”.

The dedicated time in the program helped Becky build confidence within herself, and with her communications with her staff.
